Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. We do not store your credit card details. LemonSqueezy's privacy policy governs payment data.

- Monitor your specified URLs and send alerts
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send transactional emails (welcome, alerts, billing)

5. Public Status Pages
When you create a monitor, a public status page is generated. This page displays:
- The URL being monitored
- Website title and favicon
- Current status and uptime history
This information is publicly accessible by design. Do not monitor URLs you wish to keep private.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Check history is retained for up to 90 days. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encryption at rest for sensitive data
- Access controls and authentication
- Regular security reviews
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
